My favourite angel story is:
"It is said, and it is true, that just before we are born a cavern angel puts his finger to our lips and says, "Hush, don't tell what you know." That is why we are born with a cleft on our upper lips remembering nothing of where we came from." Roderick MacLeish - Prince Ombra
This legend, too, is attributed to the Archangel Gabriel. It is Gabriel who determines which souls in heaven will be born onto earth. Gabriel then spends nine months in the womb teaching the child everything she/he will need to know. And, just at the point of birth, Gabriel "silences" the child by pressing his finger onto the child's lips, producing the cleft below a person's nose. The cleft is known as an angel's kiss.
There is probably as much advice, suggestions and ways about how to get in touch with your angels, as there are angels - thousands upon thousands. Good advice is:
"If you really want to see an angel, don't look for one out

side, they reside within…" Malcolm Goodwin
I truly believe that we are born surrounded by angels and both gather and give up angels as we go through our lives - depending on what we are doing at the time, or how old or young we are, or if we are healthy or ill, and so on. We, also, have more than one guardian angel - real, living people who give us help or advice - those loved ones who have passed on - the biblical archangels Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel - as well as all the other angels who reside in heaven.
Nevertheless, don't ever forget to look inside yourself. That, too, is where many of our angels are, just waiting for us to talk to them, or to listen to them, or to simply enjoy them.
One of my favourite movies is Frank Capra's "It's a Wonderful Life" with Jimmy Stewart as the lost soul and Clarence as an inept angel trying to get his wings. At one point in the movie, Clarence says: "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings." So, please ring a bell.
How do I create an Angel Spell? If you want to create an angel spell, just simply pray to a particular angel or to a group of angels. Prayer forms a part of all our lives - no matter what religion, culture, or creed we are. We've all, at some point in our lives, said, "Please, God, help me get through this." Prayer can be informal or formal - whichever is most comfortable for you - personally or in a particular situation.
Of course, there's lots of stuff you can add to angel spells - colours, planets, directions, seasons, symbols, candles, herbs, stones, etc, etc, etc that are associated with various angels.

Two easily recognized cherubim - cherubim were originally frightening warriors in the Sumerian, Assyrian, and Babylonian pantheons. Adopted by the Hebrews, cherubim are also angel warriors that guard the Gates to Eden. "The First Kiss" is not a painting about angels - it is about the Greek myth of Cupid and Psyche
