We received the following report in October 2009...
"I was crossing the intercession of Bathurst and Eglinton on the Bathurst side. I had been doing some banking at Canada Trust on the northwest corner. Everything appeared normal, as I waited for the light to turn green. I remember getting halfway across the street, I have a memory lapse of what happened next.I remember a gentleman, probably in his late thirties appearing and saying "let me help you", the next thing I noticed I was standing on the sidewalk and a bus was turning on Eglinton on to Bathurst. I watched it as it turned, and it came so close to me I could almost reach out and touch it.I found there was no regular buses turning from Eglinton West on to Bathurst going north.The next thing I noticed the man who helped me had disappeared. I wanted to thank him ,but looking every which way I could not see him anywhere. He was gone. I felt disoriented and remained on the sidewalk. My feeling was this man or angel saved my life. It was not my time to go.I have avoided that intersection ever since. I am afraid to cross that corner, and avoid it, always. I get a very strong eerie feeling when I am near it. I don't know what it was, but it comes to mind often. Perhaps someone has had something similar happen to them? If you have any inkling of what it could have been, I would love to hear some feedback, as this shocking incident has haunted me constantly. Was the man I encountered an angel?"
Our thanks goes out to the experiencer for sharing this event with us. Hopefully it will provide comfort to others who have experienced something like this in knowing they are not alone. In fact similar cases from literally around the world have been recorded. The exact nature of these experiences whether it be an Angel, a spirit or something else we may never know, but we can say with 100% certainty these types of events do happen to people from all walks of life.
