Joining PSICAN

Personal or as a group...

 If you wish to become a PSICAN active member in the field or the lab, we first of all would like to thank you for your enthusiasm and the belief in what we're hoping to accomplish.

First, please ensure you've read our code and can and are willing to comply to it's concepts. This is essential!

Next, if you're an individual, please figure out what field of expertise you wish to use in the field. Once that's done, use the links on the left to select the "best fit" for your category of expertise. Once in that section, select a link to an affiliate or full membership group and apply to that particular group to join on board as a researcher or investigator.

If you cannot find an appropriate link, please e-mail us at admin@psican.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request with one of our groups.

If you're the director, owner or head of an existing group and wish to join in with PSICAN, you will need to understand our mandates and realise your group must meet these criteria. (For information on this, please click here and read the information thoroughly.) Once this is done and you are willing to meet our criteria, you will need to develop a proposal that can be presented to our board at the quarterly meetings. This proposal must be in an MS Word document or PDF file format and e-mailed to expansion@psican.org where it will be presented on your behalf and a vote be taken to see if you meet the requirements of our group. Please let us know if you wish to be a "full" member group or "affiliate" member group.

As we are based in Canada, those outside Canada may only apply to be an "Affiliate" member group.

We do hope you'll consider joining us in our work and improving the paranormal research and investigation network.

PLEASE NOTE: PSICAN does not have or offer a "links" page. We only link to sites that are affiliates or full member groups or have been partners or resources within our studies. Please do not "request a link" on our site if the aforementioned requirement is not met.
