An ABC of Witchcraft Past and Present, Doreen Valiente: http://doreenvaliente.com
This list is far from complete. There not only are many more books by the same authors, there are loads of other books by other people BUT, at the very least, the above list will give you a good grounding and overview of what's happening in Wicca and witchcraft.
Spellcrafting, Divination, etc The following books provide an objective introduction to spellcrafting and divination: After that, well, hey, knock yourself out.
The Elements of Numerology, Rodford Barratt
Magic Symbols of the World, P Binder
Angels A to Z: A Who's Who of the Heavenly Host by Matthew Bunson
I Ching, The Book of Change, Thomas Cleary
A Complete Herbal, Nicholas Culpeper
A Dictionary of Angels: Including the Fallen Angels by Gustav Davidson
The Tarot: How to use and interpret the cards, B Innes
Love is in the Earth - A Kaleidoscope of Crystals Updated, Melody
The Scented Garden, Rosemary Verey
The Fragrant Pharmacy, Valerie Ann Worwood
Fiction In addition to Leyland and Graves {if you feel that way}, there's lots of fiction about witches. The following, of course, are probably the most popular and closest to the "hearts' desire" of most Wiccans and witches.
The Clan of the Cave Bear series, Jean Auel Jean Auel's series astounded me when I read them - not only the in depth research that Auel had done - but how her heroine, Ayla, probably is what many prehistoric shamans, healers, and priestesses/priests were as well as what the original worship of the Goddess was.
The Mists of Avalon, Marion Zimmer Bradley Great read!
The Harry Potter series, J K Rawlings Besides the perennial war of "good vs evil" and the superb charm of Harry, himself, that makes Rawlings' books so attractive, the Harry Potter books could be considered a primer for learning how to do magic. Rawlings has, at the very least, done some excellent research of medieval alchemy.
The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy, J R R Tolkein Ah! If only we were even a tenth of the heroism that is portrayed in these books.
