Witchcraft, the Sixth Sense
, Justine Glass

The Spiral Dance: a Rebirth of the Ancient Religion of the Great Goddess
, Starhawk: http://starhawk.org

The above three books are considered SEMINAL.  Though there is no doubt that there is a feminist slant to the three books, the important thing is that a feminine viewpoint in Wicca and witchcraft has become important - a real consideration when you look at prehistory, which was very probably matriarchal, matrilineal, and matrinomal.  Additionally, the three authors illustrate how some Wiccans and witches have moved away from the "ceremony" and patriarchy of some Wiccan movements and covens.

The History of Magic, Eliphas Levi, translation by A E Waite

Aradia: Gospel of the Witches of Italy, Charles Godfrey Leyland {now considered fiction}

Magick in Theory and Practice
, Aleister Crowley: http://golden-dawn.org  http://hermeticgoldendawn.org

The Witch Cult in Western Europe
and The God of the Witches, Margaret Alice Murray

The White Goddess
, Robert Graves {now considered fiction}: http://robertgraves.org

Witchcraft Today and The Meaning of Witchcraft, Gerald B Gardner: http://www.geraldgardner.com

The above books - in original publication date order - are also a should be read.  They give you a good grounding in {at least some} of  the lead-up to and founding of Wicca by Gerald B Gardner in the late 1950s in England.  All of the authors have other works.  Additional note about Aleister Crowley.  Crowley was one of the CONTROVERSIAL leaders in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn - ditto for Mather MacGregor - and ditto for Madame Blavatsky of the Theosophical Society http://blavatskyarchives.org .  All three have published other works.  And, it is also very fair to say that all three have had an big influence on Wicca and witchcraft - both in philosophy and ceremony.
